Door de groei van onze productie zoeken wij meerdere Operators voor FrieslandCampina Ingredients in Veghel. Wil jij als procesoperator werken aan het veilig verwerken van grote volumes rauwe melk tot hoogwaardige melkeiwitten? Dan is dit jouw kans. In Veghel verwerken we 24 uur per dag melk van onze eigen melkveehouders. Samen met je collega’s maak je ingrediënten voor klanten over de hele wereld, zoals caseïne, wei‑eiwitten en lactoferrine. Je werkt in een vijfploegendienst en houdt vanuit de controlekamer zicht op het volledige proces. Je bedient moderne, geautomatiseerde installaties en werkt ook in het veld: je doet controles, voert klein onderhoud uit en neemt monsters voor het lab. Op basis van de proceswaarden stuur je het productieproces bij. Als procesoperator ben jij een belangrijke schakel in onze fabriek.

Wat we vragen

Je bent gericht op kwaliteit, dit is belangrijk bij onze producten.
Bij voorkeur MBO 4 levensmiddelen of procestechniek; VAPRO C of Operator C is ideaal.
Je hebt veel interesse in processen en technologie en houdt je kennis graag bij via trainingen.
Je hebt kennis van Office‑programma’s en liefst ook van een ERP‑systeem zoals SAP.
Je wilt werken in een vijfploegendienst (gemiddeld 33,6 uur per week).
Je bent fulltime beschikbaar.

Vacancy description: Als procesoperator bij FrieslandCampina in Veghel bewaak jij het complete melkverwerkingsproces. Vanuit de controlekamer stuur je moderne, geautomatiseerde installaties aan en zorg je dat alles veilig en volgens planning draait. Jij houdt het hoofd koel en grijpt in als dat nodig is. Je bent ook regelmatig in het veld te vinden. Je voert proces- en productcontroles uit, neemt monsters en lost kleine storingen zelf op. Met jouw technische inzicht zie je afwijkingen snel en stuur je het proces bij. Samen met je collega’s werk je aan kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering. Gewoon goed werk leveren, met elkaar. Bij FrieslandCampina in Veghel delen wij met zo’n 500 medewerkers de passie om het meeste uit melk te halen. Melk zit namelijk vol nutriënten en werkzame stoffen die gebruikt kunnen als ingrediënten voor bestaande producten. Door middel van een volledig geautomatiseerd proces halen wij vetten, suikers en eiwitten uit de rauwe melk en kaaswei die hier dagelijks binnenkomt. Deze voedzame en functionele ingrediënten worden vervolgens weer gebruikt in bijvoorbeeld sport- en babyvoeding, paracetamols, tompouces, milkshakes en mondhygiëne producten. Dit doen wij niet zonder succes, want inmiddels komt één op de zeven mensen wereldwijd dagelijks in aanraking met producten die ingrediënten uit onze fabriek in Veghel bevatten!
