De Rol
Als onze nieuwe Process Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces van raffinage en fractionering van palm-, palmpit- en kokosolie. Je bent betrokken bij alle gezamenlijke activiteiten van A tot Z in een volledig continue productieomgeving. Dit omvat het pompen en regelen van de waterbehandeling en het ketelhuis. Na een korte inwerkperiode leer je de procedures van Olenex kennen en werk je zelfstandig in een 5-ploegensysteem (2-2-2).
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Toezicht houden op de raffinage- en fractioneringssystemen van palm-, palmpit- en kokosolie.
- Verzorgen van verpompingen, beheren van de waterzuivering en het ketelhuis.
- Reparaties uitvoeren aan pompen en verschillende technische machines, inclusief het verwisselen van filters.
- Beoordelen van monsters, zoals peroxide- en kleurbepaling, om het proces bij te sturen vanuit het laboratorium.
- Samenwerken met collega's om een schone en veilige werkomgeving te waarborgen.
- Communiceren met diverse afdelingen zoals Planning, Maintenance, Tankpark en Laboratorium.
Vereisten
- Afgeronde VAPRO B (of gelijkwaardig) opleiding.
- Meerdere jaren werkervaring als Process Operator in het raffineren en fractioneren van plantaardige oliën.
- Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken binnen een klein en hecht team.
- Eigen vervoer is vereist gezien de locatie van onze fabriek.
