Process Operator – Eemshaven, Netherlands

Would you like to work as a Process Operator in a dynamic industrial environment? For our client in Eemshaven, the Netherlands, we are looking for Process Operators to join a modern industrial facility where mineral materials are processed and prepared for reuse in construction and infrastructure projects. As a Process Operator, you will help keep the production process safe, efficient and running continuously.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Conduct inspection rounds throughout the production facility.
• Monitor the production process and material flow.
• Identify technical malfunctions and determine the appropriate action.
• Take action to support a safe and smooth production process.
• Carry out cleaning, basic repair and maintenance activities.
• Support the efficient supply and movement of materials.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.

Werkschema

You will work in a 5-shift rotating schedule:

• 05:45 – 14:15
• 13:45 – 22:15
• 21:45 – 06:15

The rotation consists of:

• 2 morning shifts → 2 afternoon shifts → 2 night shifts → 4 days off.

Wat bieden wij?

• €17.45 gross per hour.
• 27.5% shift allowance for the 5-shift schedule.
• Full-time employment in the Netherlands.
• Accommodation arranged by OTTO Work Force.
• Transportation to work arranged by OTTO Work Force, or a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre where applicable.
• S3 safety shoes and work clothing provided.

Wat zoeken wij?

• Good communication skills in English.
• Previous experience as a Process Operator or in a similar industrial environment is preferred.
• Technical understanding and the ability to identify basic malfunctions.
• Comfortable working hands-on in an industrial production environment.
• Willing and able to work the complete rotating 5-shift schedule.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Valid VCA certificate, or willingness to obtain VCA before starting.
• Available to start on 7 September 2026.

Experience with a forklift or aerial work platform is an advantage, but these certificates are not required before starting.
