The Role
As a Process Operator, you will ensure the safe and reliable operation of our production facilities, monitoring processes from the control room and performing tasks in the plant. Your responsibilities include:
- Operating, monitoring, and optimizing production facilities
- Monitoring processes from the control room (DCS)
- Conducting checks and inspection rounds in the plant
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving process disruptions
- Securing equipment for maintenance and inspection work
- Performing quality checks and taking samples
- Recording and reporting process data and deviations
- Actively contributing to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborating with colleagues from Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Engineering
As a Process Operator, you are entrusted with significant responsibility, including identifying risks and ensuring safe operations. You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines and participate in initiatives that enhance plant safety, reliability, and performance. This varied role combines control room duties, plant work, and improvement projects, allowing for broad professional development within the process industry.
