• Support daily production planning and weekly/monthly rolling schedules, tracking capacity utilization, production progress, and order fulfillment.
• Provide process support to ensure stable production, including process parameter verification, batch deviation handling, and on-site coordination.
• Help address bottlenecks in critical production stages to improve operational efficiency and schedule adherence.
• Work with supply chain and production teams on backlog reduction, batch-size optimization, and changeover loss reduction initiatives.
• Act as an on-site coordination contact between the China-based process engineering team and the Ede plant.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating process documentation and technical materials.
• Coordinate equipment condition assessments, process validation, pilot production, and trial runs.
• Track implementation progress, budget utilization, and on-site activities for process modification and equipment upgrade projects.
• Coordinate on-site arrangements and technical documentation for visits by engineers from China.
• Support the preparation of compliance documentation relating to hazardous chemical process transfers or modifications.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement projects.
• Work with production, engineering, and EHS teams to support compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and operating requirements.
• Participate in technical problem-solving, deviation investigations, and corrective action follow-up.

• Master's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with experience in fine chemicals, specialty chemicals, or chemical manufacturing will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, reactor operations, and shop-floor operations. Relevant internships or project experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with hazardous chemical processes and basic EHS requirements is preferred.
• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to independently handle technical document translation and cross-border team coordination. Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and cultures.
• Strong learning agility, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive in following through on tasks and driving projects to completion.
• Willing to work on-site at the Ede production facility in the Netherlands and accommodate cross-time-zone collaboration with teams in China.
