Als Operator bij Corbion ben je verantwoordelijk voor het controleren, bewaken en bijsturen van complexe productieprocessen binnen één of meerdere productieafdelingen in een volcontinu 5-ploegensysteem. Je werkt niet aan één productielijn, maar houdt overzicht over complete procesinstallaties binnen zowel de vloeistof- als poederfabriek. Je begint eerst als fieldoperator om uiteindelijk door te groeien naar panel operator. Hierna wissel je af tussen panelwerkzaamheden (procesbesturing vanuit de controlekamer) en fieldwerkzaamheden in de fabriek.
Wat ga je doen?
- Bewaken, besturen en bijsturen van productieprocessen vanuit de controlekamer (panel) en in de fabriek (field)
- Uitvoeren van controlerondes gericht op veiligheid, kwaliteit en procescontinuïteit
- Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van storingen en procesafwijkingen
- Veiligstellen van installaties voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden (LOTO-procedures)
- Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoudswerkzaamheden
- Nemen van monsters en uitvoeren van gestandaardiseerde productanalyses
- Aanvullen en bestellen van grond- en hulpstoffen
- Registreren van productiegegevens, batchrapportages en werkorders
- Werken volgens geldende veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen zoals VCA, HACCP, GMP en ISO
- Samenwerken met collega-operators, technologen, monteurs en shiftmanagers
- Begeleiden van minder ervaren operators en bijdragen aan verbeterteams en projecten
