In deze rol houd je grip op de voortgang van de orderstroom binnen Beheer & Assurance. Je monitort orders via het dashboard, bewaakt doorlooptijden en signaleert waar bijsturing nodig is. Bij knelpunten kom je direct in actie om ervoor te zorgen dat orders goed door IFS, Bouwportaal en Mendix verlopen.

De Rol

Je fungeert als vast aanspreekpunt voor onderaannemers en vertegenwoordigt Allinq richting KPN en Vodafone. Je bewaakt KPI's, controleert de geleverde kwaliteit en denkt mee over technische vraagstukken. Ook analyseer je garantieaanvragen en IT-tickets, waarbij je verder kijkt dan het individuele probleem om structurele verbeteringen te signaleren.
