Our client is in search of a Private Residence Manager who will ensure the smooth operation of a private household. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in household management and a commitment to high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of household operations to the highest standard.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate household staff and external vendors.
• Plan and oversee events, formal dining, and guest hospitality.
• Maintain household inventories, budgets, and procurement of supplies.
• Ensure the residence is impeccably presented at all times.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service schedules.
• Provide high-level hospitality and guest care.
• Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Household Manager or in a similar role within a private residence.
• Strong knowledge of formal service and etiquette.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required.
