We are seeking a Private Equity Associate to spearhead deal sourcing, evaluation, and provide support for our portfolio. This role merges investment analysis with collaboration with portfolio companies, overseeing workstreams from initial diligence to value creation.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading the following tasks:

• Construct LBO models, returns analyses, and investment memos for new opportunities.
• Direct due diligence workstreams covering financial, commercial, and operational aspects.
• Coordinate with external advisors (consultants, lawyers, accountants) during deal execution.
• Assist portfolio companies in strategic initiatives, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare materials for investment committee meetings and communications with LPs.
• Identify and assess new investment opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Proficiency in LBO modeling and returns analysis.
• Strong skills in commercial and operational diligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an executive presence.
• Experience in managing external advisors and navigating complex deal processes.
• MBA from a top program or equivalent track record is preferred.
