As a Principal Statistician at Syneos Health, you will lead the development and execution of clinical development plans, including defining the Go/No Go framework. You will utilize simulations and statistical strategies to guide trial design decisions and serve as a resource for mentoring biostatisticians. Your role includes overseeing training plans, directing biostatistics personnel on projects, and ensuring the timely completion of high-quality work. You will support all statistical tasks throughout the project lifecycle, from protocol development to the clinical study report (CSR). Additionally, you will prepare Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), collaborate with sponsors, and provide independent reviews of project work. Your responsibilities will also include managing multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, and participating in regulatory agency meetings when necessary. Minimal travel may be required.
