Principal Product Manager – Growth Strategy & Experimentation Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands or London, UK Employment Type: Full-time In this role, you will define and implement global growth strategies targeting customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and order frequency. You will lead a structured experimentation program, overseeing test design, prioritization, execution, and scaling of successful initiatives. Your responsibilities will include identifying cross-functional growth opportunities through customer insights and performance analysis, as well as managing growth portfolio prioritization based on business impact, cost, and complexity of implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global growth strategies across customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and order frequency.
  • Build and lead a structured experimentation program, including test design, prioritization, execution, and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Identify cross-functional growth opportunities using customer insights, market data, and performance analysis.
  • Own growth portfolio prioritization based on expected business impact, cost, and implementation complexity.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including total orders, monthly active users, conversion, retention, customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per order (CPO), and order frequency.
  • Partner with senior leadership, country teams, Product & Technology, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Finance to align growth priorities.
  • Influence product roadmaps through opportunity sizing, experimentation results, and performance insights.
  • Develop growth measurement frameworks and collaborate with analytics teams to assess causal impact.
  • Manage experimentation budgets and align investment decisions with financial efficiency targets.
  • Establish operating rhythms that transition initiatives from insight and prioritization through execution and measurable results.
  • Benchmark industry-leading experimentation practices and adapt them across global markets.
  • Act as a senior subject matter expert in growth strategy, experimentation design, and impact assessment.
