• University degree in Precision Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of experience in developing complex and precision mechanical systems in a high-tech environment, overseeing system architecture and function.
• Expert knowledge in Requirements Engineering, System Engineering, and the Product Development process.
• Ability to think conceptually and practically, with a focus on system-level thinking.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of explaining and defending complex engineering decisions.
• Proficiency in CAD software, with the ability to perform and evaluate FEA/CFD simulations and tolerance analysis.
