De Rol
Je zult gedetailleerde mechanische en thermische simulaties uitvoeren voor elektronische en robuuste producten, waaronder:
- Thermische analyse
- Schokanalyse
- Vibratieanalyse
- Beoordeling van structurele integriteit Ontwikkelen en valideren van ontwerpen voor naleving van militaire en luchtvaartmilieu-normen. Voer simulatiestudies uit om thermische prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en mechanische robuustheid te optimaliseren. Analyseer het thermische gedrag op systeemniveau, inclusief geleiding, convectie, luchtstroom en warmteafvoer. Ondersteun productontwikkeling van concept tot kwalificatie en productie. Werk samen met mechanische, elektrische, RF- en systeemengineeringteams om de productprestaties en betrouwbaarheid te verbeteren. Beoordeel mechanische ontwerpen en geef aanbevelingen om thermische en structurele risico's te verminderen. Genereer simulatieverslagen, kwalificatie-documentatie en technische aanbevelingen. Ondersteun milieutests, kwalificatietests en foutonderzoeken. Onderzoek en stel nieuwe technologieën en innovatieve oplossingen voor voor thermisch beheer en robuuste systeemontwerpen.
Vereisten
- Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Werktuigbouwkunde, Luchtvaarttechniek of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- 12 jaar praktische ervaring in mechanische simulatie en analyse.
- Sterke expertise in:
- Thermische simulatie
- Schokanalyse
- Vibratieanalyse
- Structurele/mechanische simulatie
- Ervaring met industriestandaard simulatie-tools zoals:
- ANSYS
- SolidWorks Simulation
- Icepak
- Abaqus
- COMSOL of gelijkwaardig
- Sterk begrip van warmtetransfer, CFD-principes, materiaaleigenschappen en mechanische betrouwbaarheid.
- Ervaring met het ontwerpen van robuuste elektronische systemen voor zware omgevingen.
- Bekendheid met luchtvaart- en militaire kwalificatie-eisen en normen.
Gewenste Vaardigheden
- Ervaring met normen zoals:
- MIL-STD-810
- DO-160
- Kennis van geleidingskoeling, vloeistofkoeling, warmtebuizen, dampkamers en geavanceerde thermische technologieën.
- Ervaring met gesloten/IP-gekeurde productontwerpen.
- Bekendheid met EMI/EMC-overwegingen in mechanisch ontwerp.
- Blootstelling aan luchtvaart-, defensie-, RF- of communicatiesystemen.
- Ervaring met het ondersteunen van kwalificatie- en certificeringsactiviteiten.
