Waterhen School is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for Grades 1-3. This position is full-time (1.00 FTE) and will last until December 18, 2026, with the potential for extension. The school serves approximately 60 students from Nursery to Grade 9, supported by 5 teaching staff and 15 support staff, located about one hour northeast of Dauphin. Divisional housing is available in the community.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Education Degree and valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for).
• Sound knowledge of provincial curricula.
• Previous teaching experience.
• Proficiency with school-based technology.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Knowledge of Indigenous Way of Life (considered an asset).
• Experience working in a northern community (considered an asset).
