You are an independent and motivated researcher with a strong interest in gender and health, eager to contribute to research that enhances women's health and healthcare.

• A PhD in a relevant field such as psychology, neuroscience, or public health, or nearing completion of your PhD.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with mixed-methods research in the sociomedical sciences (desirable).
• Familiarity with machine learning approaches to health data (desirable).

• A 12-month contract with the intention to extend for a total of three years.
• Salary classification in scale 10: €3,724 to €5,867 gross per month for full-time employment (based on experience), plus an 8.3% end-of-year bonus. Use this calculator to estimate your net salary.

You will be part of the Department of Medical Psychology at Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc, which conducts research in various fields, including gender, medical communication, professional performance, and neuropsychology. Dr. Doyle's research group consists of postdoctoral researchers, PhD candidates, research assistants, and interns, and regularly welcomes international researchers while collaborating closely with the Center of Expertise on Gender Dysphoria.

You will work in an international and interdisciplinary research environment that values diversity and inclusion. Through EQUITY-AF, you will collaborate with researchers across Europe and contribute to research addressing gender-related differences in cardiovascular health.

Amsterdam UMC Research BV supports non-profit scientific research, providing researchers with the necessary resources to excel.
