In your role as Portfolio Manager for Central Customer and Network Strategy, you will lead the joint change portfolio of Customer and Asset Management. You will monitor priorities, dependencies, and change capacity, ensuring initiatives align with Stedin's strategic goals. You will play a key role in developing new capabilities, such as managing network capacity constraints and further digitizing our networks.

The Role

You will discuss the progress of strategic change initiatives within the portfolio with directors, program managers, and stakeholders. You will assess priorities, dependencies, and capacity, translating these into clear decision-making scenarios. You will represent the portfolio in central coordination with other Stedin portfolio managers and the Change Board, mapping the impact, risks, and consequences of change initiatives and advising at the executive level. You will ensure that strategic objectives and key results align with the organization's available change capacity.
