ProDrive is recruiting an experienced Piling Engineer / Site Manager for a precast driven concrete piling project in Lelystad, Netherlands. You will lead the day-to-day installation works, coordinate the crew, rig, plant and pile deliveries, and maintain safe, accurate and productive site operations.

• Supervise precast pile unloading, storage, lifting, pitching and driving.
• Coordinate setting out, rig movements, working areas and daily production.
• Check installation against drawings, RAMS, specifications and approved criteria, including pile lengths and final set.
• Maintain pile installation records and report progress, delays, obstructions, damage and abnormal driving conditions.
• Lead briefings, maintain exclusion zones and coordinate lifting and pile testing as required.
• Liaise with engineers, ProDrive management, the main contractor and other site teams.
• Attend daily and weekly meetings as required.
