We are seeking a Pharmacovigilance Compliance Specialist for a Life Science client. In this role, you will support quality and compliance activities, perform root cause analyses, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence.

Join a global team dedicated to pharmacovigilance quality and compliance activities. In this project-focused position, you will conduct root cause analyses (RCAs), monitor compliance actions, support quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Conduct and document Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
Monitor compliance activities and project deliverables.
Perform data reviews and quality checks.
Organize meetings with internal teams and external vendors.
Assist with audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with PV, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and business partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Compliance, CRO, or Biotechnology.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Excel and experienced in working with databases.
Knowledge of PV processes, RCA, CAPA, or quality systems is advantageous.
