The Role: As People & Office Support, you'll assist our Head of People & Culture and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during this period. Your responsibilities will include HR administration, office management, and recruitment coordination, providing a varied weekly experience. You'll receive a solid handover and step into a well-organized setup, allowing you to quickly get up to speed and make an impact. We seek someone who is comfortable working independently and enjoys getting things done.

Your day-to-day will include:

• HR & People Support:
  • Drafting contracts and managing HR administration
  • Processing leave, absence, and salary changes
  • Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues
  • Managing employee data and HR documentation
  • Being the go-to person for practical HR-related questions
• Office & Employee Experience:
  • Organizing lunches, team activities, and events
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Maintaining a well-organized and welcoming office for clients and guests
  • Helping to uphold the positive, energetic culture we value.

Your Profile: You have experience in HR administration, are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You enjoy supporting others and ensuring smooth operations, with a track record of assisting high-level management. You can switch between tasks and priorities comfortably, thriving in a dynamic scale-up environment. Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken, is required. Availability for 24-32 hours per week at the office is essential.

This is a fixed-term assignment of 4.5 months, starting October 5, covering a maternity leave. We are open to both a temporary employment contract and a freelance arrangement.
