The Role

As a Pension Management Intern, you will work closely with the Treasury Manager and the Pension Management team to streamline processes and enhance internal controls through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and implement AI-driven solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation workflows (e.g., Power Automate, Python scripts) to improve pension reporting and controls. • Boost internal control efficiency by identifying AI use cases for automated control activities. • Assist the pension management team with year-end US GAAP annual closing activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program studying Computer Science, Financial Technology (FinTech), Business Analytics, or Actuarial Science. • Availability from September 2026 to the end of January 2027 for 32 hours per week. • Strong interest in emerging technologies and a willingness to explore AI and automation solutions. • Basic understanding of Accounting, Controlling, and Finance. • Fluent in English and capable of collaborating with diverse international teams. • Ability to work independently.

What We Offer

• A stimulating and challenging internship experience within an international organization. • An internship allowance of €650 gross (HBO) or €750 gross (University/WO) based on a 40-hour workweek. • One fixed day off per month. • Reimbursement of 50% of your travel costs in addition to your student OV.
