We are seeking a motivated PCBA Manufacturing Technician to enhance our production team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will manufacture printed circuit board assemblies through manual assembly, machine operation, inspections, and product testing in a high-tech setting.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• PCBA manufacturing: Assemble printed circuit board assemblies by preparing materials, placing components, and processing production orders in accordance with work instructions.
• Operate production machines: Safely and efficiently operate PCBA production machines and tools.
• Assembly and handling: Conduct hands-on PCBA assembly, component placement, and manual production tasks with a keen attention to detail.
• Process discipline: Adhere to work instructions, production standards, ESD guidelines, and safety procedures to ensure reliable manufacturing.
• Electronics assembly and rework: Perform precise manual electronics assembly and apply soldering techniques for rework when necessary.
• Product testing: Execute test procedures to validate PCBA functionality and clearly report any deviations to the support team.
• Inspection: Carry out automated and manual inspections to ensure workmanship, component placement, and overall product quality.
• Quality control: Document inspection results, identify non-conformities, and contribute to maintaining high PCBA quality standards.
• Escalation: Report technical, quality, or process deviations to the designated engineers or Team Lead.

What You Bring

• A passion for technology.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor Engineering program at HBO or university level, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A responsible attitude towards tasks and a proactive approach.
