The Role

As the Partnership Director for the DACH region, you will lead our efforts in securing revenue through strategic music initiatives and sound solutions. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships Europe and the Amsterdam Hub team to define and execute strategies that achieve our commercial targets. Frequent travel is expected as we expand internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation roadmap utilizing your industry network to drive growth.
• Identify and pursue high-impact partnership opportunities that align with our creative vision and require scalable music solutions.
• Negotiate complex agreements with top-tier brands and agencies to enhance revenue across the Songtradr ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships Europe to refine our commercial strategies and achieve company goals.
• Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate the success of collaborative projects.
• Explore existing accounts for untapped potential and convert steady business into strategic alliances.
• Lead RFI’s, RFP’s, and pitches, both internally and with clients.
• Foster a vibrant, musically-infused work culture and serve as a brand ambassador at key industry events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the music management or creative SaaS sectors, with established networks in the DACH region.
• Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to translate client needs into commercial opportunities.
• Experience in pipeline management and data-driven market strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking and sensitivity to cultural differences.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work with creative and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English; additional DACH languages are a plus.
• Understanding of music licensing and sonic branding, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Music, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with CRM tools and office software for structured proposal preparation.
