This role provides the opportunity to build and lead your own practice within a top-tier platform, backed by the firm's international network and client relationships.

This is a unique chance for a partner with a robust, portable IP/IT practice to create their own group within a well-resourced international firm. You will receive full support to grow a team, immediate access to a global client base in technology, life sciences, financial services, and industrials, and genuine autonomy in shaping and positioning the practice in the market. The firm's international network ensures involvement in cross-border mandates from day one, collaborating with colleagues across Europe, the US, and Asia on IP litigation, technology transactions, data protection, AI governance, and digital regulatory matters.

A proven track record in business development and team leadership, with a genuine ambition to build a practice rather than maintain one.
