• Proven experience in developing a partner program from early stages to a scalable model.
• Experience in recruiting and activating channel or technology partners, ideally in infrastructure, cloud, hosting, or database software.
• A track record of generating partner-sourced revenue.
• Ability to engage with technical buyers about open-source databases in production environments.
• Familiarity with subscription pricing, revenue sharing, and multi-year contracts.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
• Experience working remotely with a team across multiple time zones.

Success will primarily be measured by the new annual recurring revenue (ARR) generated from partners you recruit and activate. We will also track the number of partners signed, partners activated, and the time taken to close the first deal.
