As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an inviting and efficient office environment. Your role includes interacting with all levels of the organization and ensuring that the office is always ready for visitors.

- Be present during core hours, especially on busy days and events.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs and maintain office readiness.
- Ensure cleanliness and stock levels in the kitchen and meeting rooms.
- Greet visitors with a friendly demeanor and build relationships across the office.
- Support event coordination and communication to foster engagement.
- Serve as the first point of contact for workplace and IT requests, providing basic technical support.
- Manage office supplies, shipping, and logistics.
