ATM Oirschot is seeking motivated students for part-time positions in surface treatment and cleanroom operations. After a comprehensive induction and training period, you will be expected to work both independently and collaboratively within a team of fellow students. The preferred schedule includes two evenings a week from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Role

As a Surface Treatment Employee, you will be responsible for executing the metal surface treatment process with precision and care. Your tasks will include clamping parts according to provided drawings, immersing parts in baths as per established procedures, conducting interim checks for layer thickness, and cleaning parts with an air gun. You will also need to verify that processes are followed according to orders and discuss progress with the production manager after each work phase.

As a Cleanroom Employee, your duties will primarily involve collecting orders, cleaning products, inspecting items, measuring, and packaging according to procedures. Attention to detail and the ability to work meticulously are essential.

Responsibilities

• Clamping parts according to provided drawings.
• Immersing parts in baths following established procedures.
• Performing interim checks to verify layer thickness.
• Cleaning parts using an air gun.
• Ensuring processes are executed according to orders.
• Discussing progress with the production manager after each work phase.
• Coordinating tasks with colleagues.
• Packing finished products.

Requirements

• A minimum of a completed VMBO diploma is preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written Dutch for safety compliance.
• Ability to work independently with a focus on accuracy, insight into the work, and a flexible attitude.
