Lobster Robotics engineers autonomous underwater vehicles for precision seabed mapping. Our technology delivers millimeter-scale data for offshore energy and the security of critical underwater infrastructure. As an Office Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:

• Administratieve Ondersteuning: Provide high-quality administrative assistance to support various internal business functions. Ideally, you have worked with Exact Online before.
• Correspondentie: Manage and maintain the general contact mailbox, ensuring professional and timely communication in both Dutch and English.
• Kantoorbeheer: Ensure the office remains clean, orderly, and fully operational through daily on-site presence.
• Voorraad & Benodigdheden: Monitor, order, and replenish office supplies, facilities, and lunch/FRIMIBO supplies.
• Evenementplanning: Coordinate and execute internal social activities, including team dinners and company outings.
