Doel van de Rol
Als Part-time Night Receptionist ben je de hartslag van onze Front Office. Je laat elke gast zich gezien, ondersteund en thuis voelen, of je nu incheckt, roomservice afhandelt of ervoor zorgt dat hun verblijf van begin tot eind soepel verloopt. Je jongleert met telefoontjes, boekingen en verzoeken met professionaliteit en een glimlach tijdens de nachturen, en zorgt ervoor dat elke gast met blijvende herinneringen aan hun tijd in Amsterdam vertrekt.
