The Role

As our Part-Time Multimedia Designer, you'll bring ideas to life across digital and visual channels. You'll transform concepts into eye-catching visuals, create brand-aligned assets, and manage content from idea to publication — whether in static, motion, or video formats. This hands-on role merges design with storytelling, perfect for a creative self-starter with strong graphic and motion design skills, video editing capabilities, and a willingness to explore experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of compelling visual content, including graphics, animations, illustrations, infographics, layouts, templates, and social media creatives.
• Shoot and edit videos, including product demonstrations and dynamic content featuring our Account Executives, in both Dutch and English.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across marketing to develop brand-aligned creative assets that enhance conversion and engagement.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of content, including our organic LinkedIn presence and writing copy for blogs, websites, and whitepapers.
• Utilize advanced AI tools to streamline creative production and generate ideas quickly.
• Continuously refine and evolve Altura's visual identity, pushing creative boundaries and benchmarking against leading SaaS brands.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in graphic design, layout, typography, and branding.
• Working knowledge of motion design, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in video editing with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci.
• Fluent in Dutch and English to ensure effective communication in both languages.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and AI design tools.
• A proactive attitude with a point of view on design trends and brand aesthetics.
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in your work, with the ability to iterate quickly.
• Ability to write or refine copy using AI tools for various content formats.
• Bonus: experience in product or UI design, B2B SaaS, or conversion-focused content.
