The Role

This part-time, remote Medical Doctor position involves telemedicine care for patients in the Netherlands experiencing (peri)menopause and andropause. Responsibilities include conducting video consultations, reviewing medical histories and bloodwork, and developing individualized treatment plans that may incorporate supplementation, hormone therapy, weight management, and supportive medications. You will monitor patient progress using digital tools, adjust therapies based on biomarker data, and document all encounters according to clinical and regulatory standards. Collaboration with the care team, protocol refinement for menopause-related care, and ensuring high standards of patient education and safety are essential aspects of this role.

Requirements

• Licensed Medical Doctor eligible to practice in the Netherlands, with clinical experience in women’s health, (peri)menopause, endocrinology, or related fields.
• Strong telemedicine skills, including proficiency with online consultation platforms and remote monitoring tools.
• Clinical expertise in hormone therapy, weight management, and interpretation of biomarkers relevant to menopause and metabolic health.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex medical information clearly and supporting behavior change.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and adherence to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage part-time clinical caseloads.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is highly beneficial for patient communication.
• Prior experience in telehealth, preventive medicine, or lifestyle medicine is an advantage.
