We are seeking an experienced and proactive Part-Time HR Manager or Officer to support our Senior HR Manager. This role focuses on employee relations across Europe and the effective management of payroll processes, offering a high-impact and varied experience. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior HR Manager with employee relations (ER) matters across various European jurisdictions, addressing both routine queries and complex cases.
• Line manage two payroll administrators (job share), providing daily support, direction, and quality oversight.
• Oversee payroll and benefit processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and supporting ongoing integration and process improvement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in a broad HR generalist or HR management role.
• Strong background in employee relations, with the ability to advise and manage cases independently, understanding European employment considerations.
• Experience managing payroll, ideally across multiple countries.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Comfort with change and ambiguity in an evolving function.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a motivation to build relationships.
• Experience managing or mentoring others within an HR or payroll function.
• Proficient verbal and written English skills; additional European languages are a plus.
