De Rol:
Natuurlijk scan je bij de kassa alle boodschappen van onze klanten en reken je daarna netjes af. Maar deze bijbaan als kassamedewerker is meer! We willen bijvoorbeeld graag dat je een gezellig praatje met onze klanten maakt. Over het mooie weer of wat er vanavond op het menu staat. Tegelijkertijd help je vlot de klant. Ook verwachten we dat je zelf initiatieven neemt, dus als de rij bij je kassa te lang wordt, vraag je bijvoorbeeld een collega om een ‘kassa bij’ te openen. Als kassamedewerker ben je:
- Vriendelijk en behulpzaam
- Minimaal 16 jaar oud
- Iemand die altijd klaar staat voor onze klanten
- Bezig met een goede presentatie, je houdt alles schoon en ruimt indien nodig op
