Je volgt de ontwikkeling van de paprika's nauwlettend en weet precies wanneer en waar ingrepen nodig zijn, zoals het verwijderen van toppen en zijscheuten. Je let op de balans in de kas en signaleert afwijkingen. Samen met collega's uit de teelt en veredeling streef je naar de beste resultaten. Je werkzaamheden omvatten voornamelijk het toppen, draaien en oogsten van de paprika's.
