The Role

As a Packaging Operator at Olenex, you will work in a 2-shift system (morning and afternoon) within a brand-new plant where quality, safety, and collaboration are central. Responsibilities

• Operating & Monitoring
  • Start-up, set up, operate, and monitor the packaging lines.
  • Changeover machines and supply raw materials using a forklift.
  • Conduct initial and final quality and efficiency checks.
• Quality & Analysis
  • Perform laboratory analyses and assess product samples.
  • Block products when standards are not met.
  • Monitor quality parameters during the process.
• Technical & Troubleshooting
  • Resolve malfunctions and perform simple repairs.
  • Safely shut down systems in case of risks.
  • Identify technical deviations and escalate when necessary.
• Logistics & Administration
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
  • Store, scan, and correctly distribute pallets and IBCs in the warehouse.
  • Prepare CMR freight documents and monitor the Arox WMS.
• Collaboration & Improvements
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and departments such as Planning and Laboratory.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Contribute to improvements in work instructions and clear shift handovers.

Requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues with experience in and an affinity for technology. Furthermore, you have:

• VMBO/MBO working and thinking level. Vapro A is a plus;
• Demonstrable affinity with technology, for example through education or work experience.
• Attributes such as team-oriented, flexible, responsible, and driven.
• Attention to quality and safety;
• A forklift certificate or the willingness to obtain one through us.
