Come transform the future with us! As a Package Handler at Dragonfly, you will play a crucial role in our operations by unloading, sorting, scanning, labeling, and placing packages in designated areas. You will also transfer packages from cages, gaylords, or pallets to manual or powered conveyor belts, or vice versa. This position requires standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours with breaks) while maintaining alertness and concentration to sort packages accurately. Good judgment and decision-making skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management. You will work both independently and as part of a team, completing other duties as required.
