Als P&C Assistant bij Primark in Amsterdam zorg je voor een soepel verloop van HR-processen en ondersteun je het People & Culture Team. Deze functie is volledig op locatie in onze winkel. Je beheert de HR-administratie, verwerkt gegevens en houdt alles up-to-date. Daarnaast behandel je onderwerpen zoals recruitment, personeelsplanning en verzuim. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met HR-vragen over de CAO, vakantiedagen en salaris.
