Contract: 12 months (with potential for extension). Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Salary: Competitive for the right candidate. Experience: 8-10 years. Hybrid work model: 2 days remote, 3 days in-office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead OT Connectivity Desk operations and manage technical escalations.
  • Troubleshoot complex OT network connectivity issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Support OT networking activities involving TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, routing, switching, and industrial networks.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new OT assets, IP allocation, connectivity assessments, and network access approvals.
  • Manage OT vulnerability assessments, remediation activities, and security incident coordination.
  • Govern remote access solutions and external connectivity for vendors and service providers.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams, contractors, facility service providers, and project stakeholders.
  • Support project handovers and ensure operational readiness of new OT solutions.
  • Monitor recurring connectivity and security issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain incident records, technical documentation, and operational processes using ServiceNow.
