About the Company

Topcon Europe Positioning B.V. is located in the Netherlands and operates the Europe Distribution Center (EDC). We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Processor.

The Role

As an Order Processor, you will manage the complete order processing cycle for international customers, ensuring accurate order entry, pricing verification, and timely communication regarding order status and shipment schedules.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from intake through delivery for international clients.
• Review orders for pricing accuracy, quantities, product availability, and completeness.
• Enter and maintain order information within the ERP system (SAP).
• Coordinate order status, shipment dates, pricing, and backorders with internal departments.
• Distribute order information to relevant departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain customer files and related documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders while meeting internal quality standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding order status, deliveries, pricing, and product availability.
• Record customer communication and updates in the system for traceability.
• Collaborate closely with the Order Processing team to achieve operational targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum MBO level (4) education or equivalent; additional administrative or logistics training is a plus.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
