Als Order Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en coördineren van het volledige orderproces. Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken over leveringen, planningen en wijzigingen helder zijn en nagekomen worden. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van planning, supply chain en projectmanagement. Door vooruit te kijken, signaliseer je knelpunten tijdig en zet je de juiste acties uit om klantverwachtingen en interne productiecapaciteit op elkaar af te stemmen.

De Functie

  • Beheren en bewaken van het orderboek en de afgesproken leverdata.
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten over orders, forecasts, wijzigingen en levermomenten.
  • Afstemmen van klantwensen met de interne planning en beschikbare productiecapaciteit.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en tijdig initiëren van corrigerende acties.
  • Vertalen van klantprognoses en wijzigingen naar haalbare leverafspraken.
  • Samenwerken met planning, supply chain en projectmanagement om de leverbetrouwbaarheid te waarborgen.
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van ordermanagementprocessen.
