De Rol

As an Order Management Representative, you will handle the daily order flow, ensuring a smooth supply chain through effective order management and follow-up.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding shipments and invoices.
• Process and manage daily customer orders in SAP from various channels (e.g., EDI, email, Esker, fax, phone).
• Collect and analyze delivery reports from logistics providers.
• Communicate with internal departments, including Warehouse, Finance, Master Data, and Credit Control, to resolve customer disputes.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Quality Processes.

Vereisten

• Fluent in oral and written English and Polish; knowledge of German and/or Dutch is a plus.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar Customer Service role.
• Proficient in MS Office and Windows-based applications.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
