The Opportunity
As the Order Fulfillment Manager for EMEA, you will manage daily operations related to order fulfillment, including customer service, order processing, logistics, and delivery tracking. You will be the main point of escalation for order-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution of complex challenges affecting customers and operations. Your role will involve collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to enhance order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving, prioritizing, and processing customer orders, scheduling shipments per sales policy and customer needs.
- Investigating and resolving complex customer complaints, including RMAs and reverse logistics issues.
- Following company guidelines for order processing and maintaining accurate system inputs and outputs.
- Assisting in the development and monitoring of operating goals and objectives.
- Facilitating communication among customer service, warehouse, accounting, credit management, sales, and marketing teams.
