De Rol
Je bedient de automatische wikkelmachine en houdt deze nauwkeurig in de gaten. Je bouwt mallen in en uit, afgestemd op het type spoel dat we produceren. Je meet en controleert spoelen op maatvoering en kwaliteit. Je signaleert afwijkingen en registreert deze zorgvuldig. Je houdt je werkplek geordend en werkt volgens vaste werkinstructies. Je werkt in een 3-ploegenrooster (ochtend, middag, nacht) met 20% ploegentoeslag.
