About The Opportunity

As an Operator & License Owner, you will spearhead the growth of Stranger Soccer in Amsterdam. Your responsibilities will include establishing local partnerships, managing operations, and cultivating an engaged community of players. You will have the autonomy to shape the local operation while benefiting from the support and expertise of our Singapore headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer in Amsterdam.
• Establish partnerships with football venues to secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations to ensure an exceptional player experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of the local operation.

You will receive support from our Singapore headquarters, including:

• A technology platform for app, payments, and operations.
• Proven operating systems and processes.
• Ongoing guidance in operations, marketing, and growth.
