Als Operator op onze Coating Plant word je een essentieel onderdeel van de productieafdeling, verantwoordelijk voor het coaten van karton en het optimaliseren van de productielijn. Je werkt samen met een team van negen Operators onder leiding van een Team Coordinator, samen met de Production Manager en Production Engineer.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Opstarten en instellen van de productielijn, met focus op optimale benutting.
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registraties.
- Bijdragen aan efficiënt gebruik van grondstoffen en hulpmaterialen, met interne opleiding in praktijk en theorie.
- Toezicht houden op veiligheid, productkwaliteit en technische staat van de lijnen, afwijkingen signaleren en acties ondernemen.
- Actief deelnemen aan het verbeterprogramma TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Ondersteunen van monteurs bij onderhoud en problemen rapporteren.
- Veilig werken staat voorop: collega's aanspreken op onveilig gedrag om een veilige werkomgeving te waarborgen.
