Als Operator op onze Coating Plant maak je deel uit van de afdeling Productie, verantwoordelijk voor het coaten van aangeleverd karton en het optimaliseren van de productielijn. Je werkt samen met een Production Manager, een Production Engineer en vijf ploegen van elk negen Operators, aangestuurd door een Team Coordinator.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Opstarten en instellen van de productielijn, en zorgen voor optimaal gebruik samen met het team.
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en -registraties.
- Bijdragen aan efficiënt gebruik van grondstoffen en hulpmaterialen; interne opleiding in praktijk en theorie.
- Toezicht houden op de lijnen met focus op veiligheid, productkwaliteit en technische staat, afwijkingen signaleren en acties ondernemen.
- Actief deelnemen aan ons verbeterprogramma TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Ondersteunen bij onderhoud aan de lijn, problemen rapporteren en monteurs bijstaan.
- Veilig werken is essentieel: je spreekt collega's aan op onveilig gedrag en situaties.
