FedEx Express is seeking a Gatekeeper to oversee the operational flow between the Control Room, Security, and Warehouse. In this role, you will ensure efficient and safe processes for the inbound and outbound flow of goods. Working in rotating shifts, you will be integral to maintaining stability and predictability in our operations.

The Role
As a Gatekeeper, you will coordinate and monitor the inbound and outbound gate processes, ensuring smooth operational flow and addressing any deviations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and monitoring the inbound and outbound gate process.
- Maintaining oversight of operational flow, waiting times, and bottlenecks.
- Proactively identifying and escalating deviations to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with Control Room, Warehouse, and Security teams.
- Contributing to a safe and structured working environment.
- Actively seeking opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- MBO level of thinking and working.
- Experience in a logistics or operational environment is a plus.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Decisive and able to perform under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Dutch and/or English.
