We're looking for three Operations Supervisors to join a brand-new GXO operation in Amsterdam, supporting one of the world's leading technology companies. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new site, shape the way the operation runs, and play a key role in building a successful team from day one.

• A Monday to Friday schedule (07:00 - 16:00)

As Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation while helping your team perform at their best. You'll:

• Coach, support, and develop team members
• Monitor daily performance, productivity, and service levels
• Use operational systems and data to drive informed decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and the customer
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• Help create a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace

Wat zoeken we?

We're interested in speaking with people who enjoy leading teams and taking ownership of operational performance. You'll likely bring:

• Experience within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or another operational environment
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• A people-focused leadership style with a passion for coaching and development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and operational data
• WMS and/or Excel experience
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus
