In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily warehouse operations at Arvato’s latest facility in Lelystad, part of our Tech division. You will be responsible for leading your team, enhancing operational performance, and identifying process improvement opportunities from the outset. As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead and optimize one of our warehouse departments, ensuring the achievement of daily operational KPIs while continuously developing your team and driving operational excellence. You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing your operational team;
• Monitoring and steering daily KPIs related to productivity, quality, and planning;
• Leading daily stand-up meetings and coordinating workforce planning with the Workforce Planning team;
• Identifying and implementing process improvements within a highly automated warehouse environment;
• Coaching team members and supporting their professional development;
• Working in an international and diverse environment focused on automation, data, and system-driven operations.

This position involves working in a two-shift operation with early and late weekday shifts, and you will receive an additional shift allowance for your flexibility.
