The Role

We are seeking an Operations Program Manager for the Rack Renew project in Europe, initially for a 6-month period. In this role, you will lead the operational coordination of our innovative Rack Renew program, working across Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to ensure the successful build and delivery of refurbished racks throughout Europe.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end build program for up to 60 racks.
Drive planning, scheduling, procurement, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Track progress, manage risks, and resolve operational challenges.
Support the implementation and use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Help create efficient, scalable processes for future program growth.

Requirements

Experience in project/program coordination within a technical, manufacturing, refurbishment, logistics, or infrastructure environment.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of inventory, procurement, materials planning, and logistics processes.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Ability to work across functions and drive activities to completion.

📍 Location: Europe

✈️ Travel: Approximately 2-5 onsite visits per month at our site in the Netherlands and other EMEA locations as required.
