The Role

In our 94,000 m² warehouse in Tholen, you will be at the heart of our outbound operations, planning, picking, packing, and shipping. You will collaborate with the warehouse team and customer service to ensure orders are processed smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities

• Transform customer orders into a clear, achievable plan.
• Daily check-ins with the warehouse team leader and customer service to ensure everyone is informed.
• Maintain an overview, solve disruptions immediately, and make logical adjustments to the plan.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with colleagues to step in when needed.
• Assist in the warehouse when necessary and keep administrative tasks organized.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, such as troubleshooter, logistics planner, or supply chain planner.
• Energetic and flexible work attitude, willing to support operations and team leads.
• Knowledge of WMS; experience with Cargowrite is a plus.
• Strong skills in prioritizing, organizing, and collaborating.
• Fluent in English, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure.

• Salary up to €3.393,45 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, plus 8% holiday allowance.
